What We Support

Administrative and dispatch support, built around your authority.

We work under your direction as a written service agreement lays out. Here's what that support actually covers.

Load Opportunity Review

We review broker-posted load opportunities that match your equipment, lanes, and schedule, and bring them to you for a decision.

Rate Communication

We communicate rate requests to brokers based on your instructions and bring every response back to you for approval before anything is final.

Dispatch Documentation

Rate confirmations, BOLs, and invoices tracked and organized on your behalf so your paperwork stays in order.

Schedule Coordination

We help coordinate pickup and delivery windows around your hours of service and the lanes you tell us you want to run.

Factoring Coordination

If you factor your invoices, we help coordinate with your factoring company at your direction, so the process stays organized on your end.

Ongoing Support Line

Questions, delays, or something urgent on the road? Our support line is available around the clock, not just during business hours.

How It Works

Four steps, under your authority every time.

The same process whether it's your first week with us or your fiftieth.

01

Sign a service agreement

We start with a written agreement outlining the support we provide and confirming you retain full authority over every load and rate decision.

Same day
02

We bring you load opportunities

We review broker-posted loads matching your lanes and equipment, and communicate rate requests to brokers based on your instructions.

03

You approve, you run it

Nothing is confirmed with a broker until you approve the load, rate, and route. Dispatch documentation follows once you say go.

Real feedback from carriers we support.

I used to burn two hours a day scrolling load boards. Now I get a call with the options already laid out and just decide.

Owner-Operator, Reefer

They brought me a flatbed option with two hours' notice when I got stuck deadheading outside Columbus. Straight answer, no runaround, and the call was mine to make.

Ray Torborg
Owner-Operator, Flatbed

Paperwork used to eat my whole evening after a delivery. SendaRig helps me stay organized on invoicing now, so I'm not scrambling at the end of the week.

Questions

Before you call dispatch.

What does SendaRig actually do for me?
We provide administrative and dispatch support to authorized motor carriers under a written service agreement. Acting under your direction, we review broker-posted load opportunities, communicate with brokers, coordinate schedules, and manage dispatch documentation. You approve every load, rate, route, and broker.
Who pays SendaRig, me or the broker?
You do. We are engaged and paid directly by you, the motor carrier, under a written agreement. We do not accept payment from brokers, shippers, or any other third party.
What equipment types do you support?
Flatbed, reefer, dry van, and box truck carriers. Running something else? Call and we'll tell you straight whether it's a fit.
How fast can I get started?
Contact us to discuss professional dispatch support for your operation. Once a service agreement is in place, most carriers start seeing load opportunities the same day, and support is reachable 24/7 for anything urgent.
Do I need my own authority to work with you?
Yes. SendaRig provides dispatch support only to motor carriers who hold their own FMCSA operating authority, under a written service agreement. We are not a freight broker and do not arrange transportation on our own account.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
There's a written service agreement in place before we begin, and no hidden upfront cost to get set up. Our support fee is agreed with you directly as part of that agreement.
