How We Operate
Every carrier we support signs a written dispatch agreement before any work begins. We act under your direction: reviewing broker-posted load opportunities, communicating rate requests based on your instructions, and coordinating schedules and paperwork. You retain full authority to approve or reject every load, rate, route, and broker. We are not a freight broker and do not arrange transportation on behalf of shippers.

Written Agreements
Every carrier relationship starts with a written dispatch agreement, not a handshake. Fees, scope, and responsibilities are spelled out before day one.
You Hold Authority
We don't accept freight or assign loads. Carriers operate under their own FMCSA authority; we support the paperwork and communication around it.
